Our youth team is made up of adult mentors — many of them parents themselves — who commit to showing up consistently, not just on the big nights. They coach games, sit in on small groups, and answer 11pm messages when something's actually wrong.
Every leader completes background checks and youth-safety training before they're ever alone with a student.
